Community Service Committee
Responsible for managing initiatives and projects with community-based organizations in the Richmond area. Project partnerships have been established with the Richmond Children’s Home, Richmond Public Schools, and the Richmond Social Services Department.
Kappa League Program
Responsible for managing activities, events, and programs designed around mentoring developing metro area high school males.
What is the Richmond Kappa League?
The Richmond Kappa League is a community based organization of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. comprises of young men from the Richmond Virginia metropolitan area high schools, with specific emphasis on leadership development and self-motivation for academic, and career achievement
Richmond Kappa League members, through club oriented activities, perform projects that will expose them to the planning, execution, and reporting of ideas and development of good leadership characteristics.
The fundamental purpose of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity is achievement; therefore the primary charge of the Richmond Alumni’s Kappa League Committee is to help young men achieve worthy goals for themselves and to make constructive contributions to their communities when leadership roles become their responsibility.
All activities and programs of Kappa League are comprised from one or more of the following phases of the Guide Right Kappa Instructional League Program.

- Social
- Health Education
Thorough assistance of family, community, as well as the Fraternity, has been essential in providing the experiences that are necessary for realizing these ends. The Richmond Alumni Chapter continually commits itself to the task of helping young men who will be future leaders.
